Upper Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Neck Pain, and Headaches Success Story

I’ve had upper back pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain for the last two years. I’ve also suffered from frequent headaches due to this condition. I’ve gone to physical therapists and even had shoulder surgery hoping for improvement, but without much success. Finally, my doctor recommended seeing a chiropractor and that is when I began seeing Dr.Mark Biondi.

At first I was very apprehensive about this method of treatment, but I knew nothing else had worked, and Dr. Mark seemed to be very confident that he could help me. My first adjustment was very scary and somewhat painful, but within a week or two I was able to move my neck with less pain and I started to feel much more flexible. The adjustments started to feel more natural, like a good stretch, and the headaches became much less frequent.

Besides the regular adjustments, the daily exercises and the spinal molding have helped to keep my flexible and start to build up strength in these areas. Dr. Mark’s advice about using ice for headaches and sore muscles really helped a lot. He also suggested I replace my pillow with a better neck pillow. After the first couple of days I really started to notice a difference in my neck when I woke up in the morning. It was no longer sore, as if I had slept in an unnatural position. After just a month and a half, I am feeling so much better. My back is much more flexible and my neck is now moving very easily and without pain. I have very few headaches and my shoulder muscles are no longer in painful knots. I have begun to lift weights to strengthen my muscles, something I haven’t been able to do in years. I am feeling much better and looking forward to a more healthy lifestyle.
