This patient had been struggling with aches and pains for years. After she was fed up with losing sleep due to pain from nagging tennis elbow pain, she came to Touch of Health Medical Center. After just two visits with Dr. Mark, she is now free of pain. Read her full story below!
Although I had never played sports growing up, I’ve succumbed to a couple of injuries during workouts, not to count a few old injuries that were simply accidents, leaving me in constant pain and discomfort.
I have worked out consistently for over five years. I have experienced numerous injuries, way too many to count. Some have healed, while other injuries have lingered. I have been in and out of chiropractic clinics and massage therapy sessions with mixed results. I cannot remember when I was without pain or discomfort.
After years of discomfort, I have managed and dealt with the pain until most recently. I experienced ongoing tennis elbow where the pain was waking me from my sleep. I decided to schedule an appointment to end this cycle of on-again, off-again pain.
I have finally found relief with Touch of Health. The on-again, off-again pain changed when I saw Dr. Mark. He took the time to understand the pain I was experiencing. He also wanted to understand and alleviate any pain I experienced caused by movements from my wrist up to my shoulder that may have triggered pain at the elbow. He prescribed a course of treatment and recommended take-home therapy and exercises that enhanced the in-office treatment.
I am happy to say that after two visits my tennis elbow pain is no longer present. I now possess a range of motion in my wrist without feeling pain from tennis elbow. Dr. Mark Biondi was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa. At the age of three, his parents relocated to Merritt Island, so he has spent most of his life on the Space Coast and around Central Florida. He attended Merritt Island High where he developed an early interest in athletic training and sports medicine that would later lead him to pursue a career as a Chiropractic Physician. He attended Brevard Community College (now Eastern Florida State College) and the University of Central Florida. He then enrolled at Logan University, College of Chiropractic Medicine, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
