Chiropractic rehabilitation embraces a continuum of care integrating passive and active treatments. Manipulation is pivotal as it has demonstrated superiority over other methods for providing pain relief, reducing activity intolerances and increasing patient satisfaction. There is however a danger of overutilization and escalating costs. By applying the modern principles of a biopsychosocial approach, quality assurance is within the grasp of chiropractic. Active care, outcomes management, and early identification of psychosocial risk factors of chronicity are being integrated into a revolutionary new paradigm of care.
The goal of rehabilitation is to improve the effectiveness of chiropractic adjustments so as to achieve a positive effect on the entire locomotor system. By finding the key muscle imbalances adjustments last longer and go easier. Appropriate exercises should not hurt, but should instead be performed in the “functional range,” which is painless and appropriate for the task at hand. In fact the ideal exercises achieve a maximum contraction of all a muscle’s motor units while minimizing the strain on osteoligamentous structures. By combining expert delivery of passive and active care, along with outcomes management, chiropractors are positioning themselves as the benchmark providers for cost-effective yet high quality neuromusculoskeletal health care.

Examination – This is when the doctor sits down with you and discusses your injuries/complains. Orthopedic and neurological tests are also done at this time. This is normally performed on the first visit.
Reexamination – This is usually performed every twelve to fifteen visits or every thirty days, whichever comes first. It is an assessment of the patient’s progress and will determine the need for changes or referrals.
Manual muscle Testing – Throughout your care, the doctor will perform certain muscle tests. You will be asked to hold certain positions and resist the force of the doctor.
Range of Motion Test – Throughout you care, the doctor will ask you to move you head and/or lower back in certain directions. This test will show any restriction in movement due to pain and / or anatomical reason.
Computerized Posture Analysis – Computerized Posture Analysis is a physical performance test or measurement made upon the analysis form the patient’s photo (e.g. muscle-skeletal, fractional capacity).
Surface Electromyography is the electrophysiological technique for quantifying motor activity (muscle contraction) in specific muscle groups as determined by electrode placement.
X-Ray – DIGITAL X-RAY IMAGING
E-Scan™ Digital Electronic Palpation – The only reproducible, research-proven Wireless Static sEMG available. An essential tool for the modern DC. Knownas “The EKG for spinal health.”.
DynaROM™ Motion sEMG – The most accurate means of objectively determining the presence or absence of soft tissue injury. Referred to as “The Lie Detector For Back Pain”.

We promote mobility, function, and quality of life through examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and physical intervention (therapy using mechanical force and movements).
Physical therapy involves the illnesses, or injuries that limit their abilities to move and perform functional activities as well as they would like in their daily lives. Our chiropractors will use an individual’s history and physical examination to arrive at a diagnosis and establish a management plan and, when necessary, incorporate the results imaging studies like X-rays, CT-scan, or MRI findings.
We will assist you with specific exercises, suggest suitable at-home exercises. We use physical agents heat, cold, electricity, sound waves, prescription of assistive devices, prostheses and other interventions.
We even assist you in making transportation arrangements if necessary.
